This Privacy Policy explains how Equiforge, Inc. ("Equiforge") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the EquiForge platform, Strategist, training course, and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information
Name, email address, employer or organization, and authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth profile basics if you sign in with Google).
Usage data
Device, browser, IP address, pages visited, features used, training progress, and timestamps. We use this for security, analytics, and product improvement.
Prompts and AI inputs
Text, files, and other content you submit to the Strategist or other AI features. We process this content to generate responses, debug issues, and improve safety.

2. How We Use Information
- To provide, secure, and maintain the Service.
- To personalize content and remember preferences and progress.
- To generate AI outputs you request via the Strategist.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (operating and improving the Service, security), compliance with a legal obligation, and consent (e.g., non-essential cookies and marketing emails).
4. Sharing of Information
We share personal information only as described below:
- Sub-processors — vetted vendors that host, secure, or analyze data on our behalf. See our Data Processing Agreement for the current list.
- Legal compliance — when required to comply with law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
- With your direction — when you ask us to share data with a third party.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account data is deleted within ninety (90) days of account deletion, except where longer retention is legally required.
6. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. 7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, and receive a portable copy of your personal information. Submit requests to dpo@equiforge.ai. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact dpo@equiforge.ai.
9. International Transfers
We process information in the United States and other countries where our sub-processors operate. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect data transferred internationally.
10. Changes
We will post updates to this Privacy Policy here and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
